In the Strategy & Operations function, we are driven by a passion to cultivate and grow our global Product team – to make their lives and their work experiences more enjoyable, rewarding, and efficient. Together, we design solutions to most pressing issues and challenges that WeWork Product faces, without losing sight of where we came from, where we’re going, and who is on this journey with us. Leveraging data and insights is integral as we create an environment that challenges our Product team members, encourages growth and innovation, and allows for self-discovery. We create new perspectives on how a Product organization should operate, and constantly exchange ideas throughout our process.

We are responsible for digging deep into our data while creating and leveraging tools that empower us to make decisions at macro and micro levels. Our focus is on optimizing the information we gather and the platforms we use in order to continually improve upon the way WeWork Product operates.
As the Strategy team, we are driven by a passion for developing best-in-class employee experiences. We consider how our work impacts processes, improves workplace morale, and helps WeWork Product adapt to constantly changing demands. We take pride in designing system and process efficiencies, determining future growth of the global Product team, and creating learning and training programs for our team.
Our team is driven by data analyzation and market insights in order to help determine strategy deployment across new and existing regions. We’re responsible for ensuring that as we expand we are doing so in a positive, impactful way for the project teams and communities involved.
As the Process team, we are focused on the creation and implementation of cross-functional delivery optimization initiatives. We leverage lean thinking to enable process changes as our regions scale and our global team grows.
In our line of work, change (and our excitement around it) is a constant. That’s why we are driven to support change through effective communication and providing a structured approach to ensure changes are understood by our colleagues, deployed in a caring way, and adopted by all regions.
