Working alongside cross-functional team members, the Project Management team ensures that our product is delivered at scale while maintaining quality, speed, and cost. We monitor the health of projects from start to finish. Our Project Managers are well versed on the various stages of development through construction and design. As projects near opening, our Building Openings team creates and executes an opening schedule by managing the on-site process. More than managing and delivering a project, our goal is to bring to life the visionary work being carried out across WeWork Product.
Project Management sub-functions
In Project Management, our mission is focused on what the end to end delivery of portfolio projects looks and feels like for members of the Product Team. We take pride in delivering a project on time, on budget and on point while recognizing that members of the team should walk away feeling supported and empowered as we take on the next project.
We have the pleasure of taking everyone’s hard work across WeWork Product and bringing it all together, onsite, to create the best experience possible for those moving into a building. We ensure the operational systems and physical components of a design are in place, acting as liaisons between the Product team and the Community team that will now operate the day-to-day logistics of the space.
